Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, if more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Include proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation

We cannot accept returns for items that:

  • Are not in their original condition
  • Are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Are returned more than 60 days after the purchase date

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that your return has been received.

We will also advise whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable processing period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email marketing@arta.net. Once your exchange is confirmed, mail the item to:
